. It is called a parking lot coin. A coin that got ran over by cars in a parking lot. PMD.

I agree. The low resolution photo posted appears to show a coin suffering from a high degree of post-strike damage--likely happened in a parking lot as John1 noted. I assume the obverse isn't in greet shape either...?

Imagine finding a coin in a gravel parking lot that spent years of grinding among the tiny rocks... that coin would look like this one. Simply post mint damage. Keep looking!
