Not sure what's going on with the eagles breast but I'd guess PMD, it does appear to be a small Cud on the obverse.

. I do not think there are any Cuds,looks like PMD to me. Can't tell about the eagles' breast.

The breast looks like it is Struck Through, possibly grease.
Those are not Cuds on the rim, it is damage as they have been flattened.

with JimmyD. The rim has flattened sides which indicate damage, not Cuds. No premium I'm afraid.

Without seeing the edge (reeds) only you can say for sure if they are Cuds or PMD

As for the breast, it looks like a reeded coin was dragged across the bird creating the evenly spaced incused marks there.
And for the rim, not looking like Cuds to me but hits that flattened the rim in those locations.

The area @4-5oclock is the only one I am not sure of weather it's damage or a Cud, the other two areas where the rim is effected definitely looks PMD.
