2021 Lincoln Shield Cent Error Variety?

DasLobotomist New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 12/30/2021 7:02 pm Hi all, I'm new here, first post. After CRH today I went through 2500 2021 P Shield cents and these 4 caught my eye. At first I thought plating blister, but all 4 coins have this and they are all roughly the same shape, length and location. My guess is die crack, though I've been told it's an unusual spot for one. With four examples though, it is something else, as you said, maybe a die crack. Look at the closeup I did of your last pick, it looks like there may be a crack forming at the date too.
