What about this one. I just spent the day going through my quarters and organizing them when I came across this 2019 San antonio quarter. Seems to be almost punched through from the reverse side .

I see three different coins from all photos.

Second one has right side (W) die clip and left side (E) probably Die Deterioration. The both are due to the aging Die.

The last one look like rolling machine marks.

Please post your coins right side up in the future. When we look at coins for errors we look for 'landmarks to identify markers and design elements..
However on the obverse of your coin, since the main thing I notice on your coin id a circular scrape going around the entire surface. That is caused my a coin rolling machine when the claws crimp the end of the paper roll.
