I have a 1963 no mint penny with a doubled 3 in the date ever where I look the doubled 3 is only on the D mint it's not a reflection I checked

1963-No-Mint-Lincoln-Memorial-Penny-With-A-Doubled-3-In-The-Date

there are also imprinted numbers around the date and through out coin not scratches or blemishes numbers some one help please.

I don't really have any way to take a better one the slight chance edges to left of three right of 6 bottom of three is above actual dated 3

I'm seeing circulation (post-strike) damage--given the photo posted. Not a mint error.

Also a case of Pareidolia - seeing things not there, and with circulation damage here.

what you see is that the 3 has been thickened by a circulation hit. Good eye though, you are on the right track to locating doubled dies.

Agree with the other posters on being damage.
To be a Doubled 3, the whole date would be Doubled, not just one number

Contact mark making an incuse mark on the top of the '3'. Just post strike damage to the coin.

I agree with all of the above. Circulation flattening which is post mint damage.
