I think the images are a bit blurred and could be missing some important detail.
Something under UNUM and a mark through the steps and into area below C in MONTICELLO.
A nice looking unc War Nickel w/o FS.

lighting is all wrong on this one but it looks like it would be in the MS66 area and maybe a little higher. I think reverse strike will hold it back a little. post if you get it in hand

The multiple hits on the reverse suggest smaller ones are being hidden by the soft focus, leading me to guess MS64.

Agreed. The lighting is hiding the actual fields, but if these pictures were showing the real fields, then it would indeed be a pretty high grade, but the images do not show the real coin's features.
