It was advertised as a proof for like 2 dollars. No proofs were made then from Philadelphia that I could find. I bought it just to look at it because of the red tone. What do you think? Even though it is shiny a bit, but doesn't look proof to me.

You are correct, a proof would have a S mintmark. AU58

AU63 because the size of the photos you really cant tell if its AU or MS. definitely not prooflike. someone is huffing and puffing

I hate agreeing with everyone , I rather come up with something on my own but in this case your coin is not a proof and maybe I'll bring it down a notch to AU-62 .
