2007 Dime... Can I get opinions on this dime... the mark on the neck(in person) looks like indention of a P, Eye, ear, js, doubling in Liberty, the mark above the head, the D in UNITED looks like it was stamped with an upside down G... Is it all just post damage?

Looks to me like post-strike damage. Pareidolia could be in-play with this one.

Nothing on that dime that can't be attributed to damage.

Probably ended its life in a parking lot being ran over. Now, just a face value coin now. Regardless what it appears, it is just a damaged coin. It was struck normal, but now all you see now was not there when it was struck. Even one mark on the coin ended it collectable life. Turning it into a cull coin.
