Hello everyone, just found this Lincoln Penny 1943 butt it appears to weigh too much. 4.58 grams. Fake?

There are jillions of fakes out there, but only a few dozen genuine examples. Overwhelming odds are: FAKE.

Fascinating coin. But when asking about a possible counterfeit you could give a few more details, such as if it sticks to a magnet and a photo of the reverse. The biggest thing that is off though is the weight, which is about 1.5X the weight of a copper cent. So is it 1.5 times as thick or does it have a larger diameter? The strike itself is pretty close to a real 1943, so would be interested in more info on the coin to try and figure out what's going on. Most all counterfeits are lower in weight than the target coin, but this one is much higher. Why?
