Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to this and have been looking at Jefferson nickels when I came across this 1964. I'm seeing a D over P RPM but I'm not sure if my eyes are making that up. Help?

. Not a D over P because the only time a nickel had a P mint mark was with War Nickels. Your mint mark just took a hit from circulation.

Well that is not possible. There were no 'P' nickel mintmarks at that time. War time and after 1980 is the time periors for the 'P' mintmark. Just isn't possible. It is the size of the only mintmark that was used then. 'D'.
