What's this raised line running from the 9 through the 3 ?

It looks like a die crack or it could be corrosion under the plating.
A closer look could help.

That looks from those photo's like a very nice small die break/crack, leaving the appearance of the raised line on the coin, just my opinion....

I would say just your ever day plain die crack extending from the rim to the fields along with a die chip it;s hard to tell by these pics
