Nice coin Bill. During '65-'67 the mint also had SMS coins [instead of proofs], so one more thing to consider.

BadThad feels fairly certain it's a business strike. I don't know why I would be given a complete roll of SMS'S for two dollars, but it's possible. The surfaces and color do not look like the SMS I have but that means nothing.

i dont know how to tell the difference between the business strike and SMS but this one is in MS67RD box for me. the only thing I see is a little tick in the middle of the bottom step and the reverse strike could be a little better which would put it in the 68 area. obverse is a little weak also, but thats typical for a mid-60's coin
