I found this 1941 S penny in pocket change. It doesn't look like damage to me but I know nothing. What do you guys think, is it damaged or an error?

Don't really see anything that would be considered an error.
A true error should jump out at you without having to look too hard.
As John1 stated, please explain what you are seeing as an errror.

Given the photos posted, it looks like a common, moderately-circulated Wheat cent with some surficial staining and/or a thin, blotchy layer of grime. No error(s) immediately visible.

Thanks guys. My camera doesn't take good photos. I thought the face , especially the nose looks doubled. I'll keep looking!

During that time period they added "Channeling" around the outline of the bust of the master hub to strengthen the bust design:

That might be what you are seeing? Or a polishing issue around the nose area? Either way it is not a doubled die. It doesn't enlarge the device or copy the design of the hub. Just a mystery?

The fresher the die state, the stronger these channeling lines will be.
