It's difficult to see if there is doubling or not. to the CCF! p.s.- it's never a good idea to hold coins against your skin; oils from your fingers can damage them . Pics are sharp enough to see the doubling and, the mint mark location (which looks good). Can even see the tail underneath that is on early and mid-die state varieties. Also, please don't hold a coin like this that still has mint luster in the flat of your hand!!! The oils on your skin will etch the coin and dull what luster it has left. Also, standard disclaimer in case this prompts you to do something il-advised: never clean your coins. The only acceptable cleaning method is to soak them in 100% pure acetone from the hardware store (not nail polish remover!). Report this Post to the Staff
