First set of pics has too much glare to give a good view of the coin's surfaces. Last pic is too dark for the same reason.

kkjjaa69, What are you using to take photos? Cameras make & model, light source? There is too much glare and pics are out of focus. John1

The surfaces are hard to assess due to the lighting, but I'd guess around an MS-64. The last photos are better, but the reverse looks like there might be some PVC damage. It might benefit from an acetone soak.

the original photos are not showing any PVC issue. between the two photos the coin looks MS64

My setup is a cell phone. Lol. I need to invest, I believe, in a photo light source and something to hold camera or phone. I shake pretty bad. I really appreciate all of your comments. Thank you

You should be able to get decent pics with a cell phone. Just place the phone on a stack of books over the coin on a white sheet of paper, and use a timer delay to eliminate shake.

I could go with AU55+. The steps look like old deck steps I had many years back--dings and all.
