Good day, I have come across this quarter and notice that the "Liberty" and "In God We Trust" has doubling. I'm a bit confused as to the class of doubling and if it's possible it has value. Thanks in advance.

Appears to be a good example of Machine Doubling.

On a doubled die, the devices will be distorted on the die. On this coin the die is normal, but the machine altered some of the devices after the strike. The two areas a DDO will be seen on a single squeeze quarters (States and ATB's) are on the ear lobe and the motto areas.
