it looks like a blur on the letters date design
we see die scrathes
i think its like a broadstroke
and seems to have two rims down the left penny

The die that struck your coin is in the senior stage of its life. The die event of flow lines is the beginning of this. But looking at the devices, it appears that the devices are showing this is probably the second time this die has been polished. So it will be used for a longer time period as it has not real issue with the die yet. So it still has about 54% of it life's work ahead if it still.
