MS would be for "Mostly Scratched" 67 is for how many distracting marks are on it. PQ would probably be for "Posted Quickly" (Hoping a dummy will buy it searching newly listed W Quarters)

@tng, are you sure that MS doesn't stand for "my skin", which is what was used for the background in the sellers pics?

Much too conservatively graded at MS-67. Clearly, a MS-69 coin.

I see you caught that too, Spence. These sort know nothing about coinage other than those of us who collect pay over face value. That said, you'd think that, maybe-just maybe, they would look at similar listings when setting a price.
