Hi everybody,
Herewith I am sharing the images of 1964-D US Washington quarter coin which to me shows RPM or triple mint mark!!! It seems there are relics of previous "D" inside the cavity of final "D" and all opinions will be greatly appreciated.
With best regards,
Habi.

While pics of both sides of a coin are usually important, I don't see the need for them in a specific situation like this.

There is only one strike, so the alteration happen from the loose machine. (Multi directional movement) So it would be wrong to say tripled.
