I recently found this quarter in my change and I looked at it and the front of it looks like it's been stamped twice and the back of it the tea looks like it's collided with the rim and I was seeing if it's an error and if it is how much it's worth or if it's just nothing, any advice would be greatly appreciated..

. Appears to be a minor MAD=misaligned die on the obverse and PMD=post mint damage on the reverse. No added value,sorry.

The obverses on all the 1982 quarters looked like that on the rim area.

Also if I look at the eagles claws there's a claw missing . Thats a error a rare one . How much is this coin worth ? I'm clueless
