Even though it's in tolerance for the mints rotation (6° is their tolerance) I believe this is 10°. You still don't see them on shields really at all. A slight premium and still awesome for the collection.

Very cool! I don't know that I've seen one with a shield much less found one.

Nice! I like any rotated die that is easily identified, within tolerance or not. I would keep that for sure.

Dates I know of with major rotations 180° Are
2011 D
2016
And 2019
Ofc there can be others but these are the ones I've seen them on the most except the 2011 d lol read a Coin World article about that one
I'm sure there could be other dates too I just keep flipping those shields over
