Has .No Plating on both sides Has missing portions of the Rim Different spots has Rotated die? And Weights at 2.51 grams? When I take pictures it sort of looks like it has Doubling on reverse?

Seem to be rotated less then 45 deg. Close photos of the surface of the coin, specially the flat portions will be appreciate.

Ooh ok..so is it normal for the weight Considered there's no Plating and missing portions of the Rim?

Ooh ok Coinfrog..I have another question.I have a gold plated 1955.S penny that is Magnetic and is same Diamiter as other wheat pennys where can I post it for Opinion?

And last question about the 1989 Penny. The Rim was it broken during mint process? There are no contact marks big enough to brake rim without showing evidence?

What holder was the coin in? Rotation is to minor for a premium and the coin looks like environmental damage to me like a once buried coin, not a coin with the copper plating never applied.
