Is this an error near the rim where there seems to be another line? It cuts the the L in Liberty & in the beginning of "In god we trust" & goes around. Any insight is appreciated &

Need a closer view of what you are seeing, but I'm guessing you are describing Ridge Ring that was an issue on these coins:

One good photo of each side would suffice.
Agree with coop, that is a Ridge Ring that is caused by Die Deterioration.
Not uncommon and no premium.
