@juju, this coin is too recent for a RPM (1989 was the last year as I recall). When I crop, enlarge, and enhance your pics, the result is pretty pixelated. Maybe you have some DDD going on? Posting a nice, close-up image would help to confirm.

Leaning toward Die Deterioration doubling--and perhaps a hint of split plating on the mint mark. Hoping to see close-in, large and sharp photos of the mint mark.
