I'd say 2 or 3 cents just because it is a Wheat cent.

One can find these in coin shop bins for 5-10 cents each.

Considering it has environmental damage and is starting to corrode (green stuff) I would spend it. No additional value.

There is a wealth of information about US coins on the sidebar.
Clicking on US Coin Facts will give you most information and by scrolling
down on any particular coin, you can see what they are asking for them on ebay.

It's a common coin, especially in circulated condition like this one. Worth bulk Wheat cent prices, about 3-5 cents.

I agree besides it being a wheatie, it is just a common worn coin. (I keep all my wheat coins myself or give my extras out to friends or as prizes in contests)

Yes, it is common, but I wouldn't spend it. I keep all my wheaties. To me, all wheat cents are special and worth keeping.
