ebay photos, coin looks broadstruck, they're asking 40 for it. Kind of high for a 1999. It is an error coin. What do y'all think the grade is? It's in some kind of holder.

MS-65. Price sounds like full retail.

I bought two similar to this one on grade that are broadstruck on bids. 26, and 27 dollars. They just dropped the price on this one to 40 it was 50.
