I just wanted to ask if this "WE" looks like an error or damage? I don't think it would be considered damage but I'm very new to this. On the single squeeze dies they will look more like the image below on the right: A single device is usually just a coin contact issue. On the States/territories/ATB quarters, they are examples of the single squeeze die, affected just the central areas of the devices on both sides of these coins. (Only one example in this range that appears to have been hubbed twice in the way the dies used to be hubbed 1999-S Philadelphia Obeverse die) Report this Post to the Staff
