Hello #128587;#8205;#9792;#65039; I am brand new and this is my first time posting here. I just wanted to ask if this "WE" looks like an error or damage? I don't think it would be considered damage but I'm very new to this. The coin is very hazy so I'm guessing it won't be worth anything but I'm still curious about the lettering. Thanks for the help!

One of two choices...PMD, a hit or a small die chip...either way value stays at 25¢

to CCF good luck on future finds have fun and keep asking when needed....

Just damage, the 'E' took a hit.

Also when posting from your phone, try to not use the emojis the phone supplies, they only show up as a hashtag and numbers.. (like this: #11215,#94586, and such)

If it were a doubled die, then the devices around it would all be affected, either partly on that area or weakening in a direction. On the single squeeze dies they will look more like the image below on the right:

A single device is usually just a coin contact issue. On the States/territories/ATB quarters, they are examples of the single squeeze die, affected just the central areas of the devices on both sides of these coins. (Only one example in this range that appears to have been hubbed twice in the way the dies used to be hubbed 1999-S Philadelphia Obeverse die)
