. 1st photo looks like a minor Struck Through Grease and the other photo is a die crack.

Also please always include a full photo of both sides when

Also where the top of devices are not showing the crack, it was there, but circulation removed that area of the die crack.

here is the full size images. its looks like the strike thru on the back cause the die crack on the front maybe?

Looks like a glob of grease was affecting the die at that time. (filled the devices. With the texture it looks like may have grit mixed into the grease as well)
