I see someone recently posted about 1957 BIE. I don't think this is that same error, but possibly something similar of that year? In the 5 and B on the obverse

yes, those are caused by die chips, sometimes the result is called a clog, as in clog 5 and clog B

Usually small die chips do not add much value as they are fairly common.

They are not clogged. The post that forms the center of the 'B' on the loop had broken off the die. So it is a broken post issue:

someone who collects them might pay a small premium for a nice example, but clogs are common on 1950s cents, so the supply of them likely outstrips the demand
