Note that all the devices are smaller in size than normal? They die was worked over very hard with die polishing. Note also how the devices look beat. The die was probably worked over with a mild Feeder Finger Damage issue. The USA is very weak on the reverse. They got their moneys' worth out of this die. Circulation hasn't been kind to it either.
