I know that this dime is really worn down, but was it once an error? If so, what would it be called and what would it be worth? I only have one guide book. I plan on getting more books if I can sell a coin
. disability check doesn't leave extra money per month.

If there was an error, you would never be able to tell now
with that amount of wear.

A common-date, heavily worn dime like this is worth silver content and little more. Value is about $2.
