1945 P Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Lamination Or Struck Through?

gsp193 Pillar of the Community United States 975 Posts	Posted 02/12/2022 10:34 am I am wondering if this is a lamination or something on the planchet. The top half of the E looks shifted, and to the left of the E looks odd. Also to the right of the S looks odd. It also looks to me there is a gap at the bottom of the right side of the S where they dont match up. A lamination crack looks like it continues through States. Thanks for looking! coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/12/2022 11:27 am Often we see a lamination that that is longer, but I feel also that this maybe the end of a lamination that was cold roll onto the stock material. If the weight is close to normal it might help, but with circulation wear, it may alter the weight a bit. But not a big thing. The convincing thing to me it that it has the roll out look to it, more than a struck through debris look. Report this Post to the Staff
