With even one nick in them, they are a cull cent. So this one is just a Wheat cent now that it was beat up.

Exactly , don't rack your brains out trying to find out what MM it is . In this condition it really doesn't matter .

its worth $1.25 for D and $1.50 for S, looks like a S in all pics except the last one looks like a D

the MM is a 'D' and the coin is so beat up you would most likely be able to find a much better coin to put in your album.
