Just Found This 1986 P Washington Quarter, With A Clip Missing, PMD?

CCB420 Pillar of the Community United States 587 Posts	Posted 02/13/2022 8:12 pm So I just came across this quarter with straight line clip missing, that I threw to the side thinking it was done after it left Philly, but I just noticed it's still reeded on that edge?
