I found this online, and it is struck thru wire and has a DDO on the date. Can you tell me if these errors are for real and if this is Machine Doubling or a real DDO? If these errors are genuine, do I buy this coin and then send it off for grading? Any help on this is greatly appreciated. I cannot fix the pics because these are from the seller. These are the best I can get from them.

if you have that many questions, you should not be asking if you should buy a coin.

like someone told me when I first come on here... hang out here and learn.

but to answer your question, I see NO doubled die.. and it is probably a struck thru thread. either way, not worth a bid.

Seems like struck through thread to me too. You could check prices of sold items from ebay to get a sense of the value. If it is about $100 or higher, then it would be worth slabbing.

More like struck through thread/fiber. These will curve more than wire.
