Without looking at the obverse side are any of the devices look doubled or anyone else on the back of the coin in an expert opinion. This and be blown up for a closer look

Given the single, somewhat soft photo posted, I'm not seeing any doubling. If you see some--you have the coin in-hand, we don't--let us know where it appears. Thanks. And yes, we'd love to see the obverse too.

Looks like Machine Doubling on the bottoms of ONE CENT. Split plating on the tops of TED on united. (not a doubled die either). Every were else looks normal. There is circulation flattening on most the devices.

What is circulation flattening I haven't found that as even a term when I googled it

Circulation flattening is more of a description of the devices on a coin that has been worn down somewhat.
The devices (The lettering and designs) are tapered, Thinner at the top or further away from the field and wider near the base. when the devices wear down they get shorter and wider. This is why we call it flattening.
Also if the devices has taken numerous hits the flatten and flatten the devices could also be called circulation flattening.
