Hello again! I am wondering what are the different causes to make letters along the rim appear to be sliding down? The pictures I have look like this one is a little off center? I have seen this when the coin is struck "normally" (to me anyway lol) as well.
I'm still learning! Thank you in advance for the advice!

This is caused by deteriorating dies.

Thank you so much! I looked and looked online but could only find some limited, conflicting information. I really appreciate your response!

Die flow lines make marks on the fields and the polishing does erase them totally on that edge. Thus when the new waves of flow lines happen, they continue to grow on this outer areas, and the devices prevent the new ones from reaching the out edge. So they look strange on that area.

Just a die wear issue. Seem more noticeable on the single squeeze dies and the zinc cents.

Thank you Mr. Cooper! The pictures are very beneficial. So when I start seeing letters that are almost flat- this is caused by extreme die wear?

No premium for extreme die wear. so when you see that, you can keep looking or move on to another coin.
