1982 Copper penny looks like a misplaced mint mark but I'm not sure if that's possible it's under the 9 at an angle. Any help would be appreciated very much.

first off, no need to yell it out.
Second this coin was minted in Philadelphia, hence no mint mark.
Third, This coin suffered a lot of damage.

I'm thinking it's one of many circulation hits on the coin--this particular one having a straight edge to it. Pareidolia may be in-play here.
