@ser, first welcome to CCF. Second, someone has damaged this coin by pressing it between one or two others (AKA a "vise-job"). You coin is still worth only face value.

Image of the reverse shows what appears to be 'reversed' lettering--a sure sign of a 'vise job', or the image of another coin's image captured in a hardened, glue-like substance. We see these fairly common. Value is one cent.

Reversed details are the giveaway.

Welcome aboard.

When you post your coins, you should always post (at the least) pictures of both the obverse and reverse, properly oriented and closely cropped, so that we can better analyze any details the coins may have.

Just face value. It was squeezed off another cent onto your coin. How to tell the differences? Off the die the devices are normal. Off another coin they are mirrored. Just coin abuse damage on your coin. Put it back to to work.
