I see no doubling, just a badly environmentally damaged coin. Likely buried at some point.

The coin isn't centered. I took the pictures with my phone. Yes the coin is heavily worn but there is a second rim on both sides.

Maybe a very slight misaligned die or slightly off centered, but it is completely irrelevant in that condition.

Centering of the coin has nothing to do with doubling. Doubling will show up on the devices, lettering and date, not the rim. Even if a coin has doubling though, that doesn't really mean it has any extra value, there are several types of doubling, most of which do not add much if any value to the coin. There is a lot to learn when it comes to coin errors and varieties!
