Is there a website available listing the various varieties/mint errors for modern coins? I realize there are all kinds of minor mistakes as in clips, Cuds, Die Deterioration errors, but I'm talking about the actual varieties such as DDO, DDR, etc. The reason I ask is because most on-line coin listings list so few actual varieties such as the " Close AM" or " Wide AM" LMC, yet most of our questions here seem to be "wishful thinking" of imaginary errors. I'd like to know what I'm looking for.

Yes, the resources noted above are a good place to turn to. Do know that there are occasions when the resources may differ on some of the more arcane details--not often, but does happen. Have fun.
