ebay auction photos weren't that great, but bid and won this nice 1936.
It cost $57 Cdn. with shipping, which is the C&C list price for an MS-60. I'm not experienced with shiny silver dollars, so what do you think this one would grade ?

Got a bonus on arrival - $14 of uncancelled stamps on the package.

In that harsh lighting
MS62
Big heavy coin, easily scratched in the bag.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I'm in with MS62. Nice haul on the stamps--hope they can be removed cleanly from the paper.

Depends upon who grades it.
US TPG's would probably grade it higher than Canadian TPG's.
Canadians are tougher.

ijn1944 - I've been soaking stamps off paper since the 1960's, when stamp collecting was still a big deal. Soaked thousands of uncancelled stamps bought on ebay, to reuse to ship my ebay sales. Once bought 1000 p stamps (85 cents at the time), for $425 including mailing - also saved the additional tax if bought at the post office. 2 hours work to save hundreds of dollars.

A photo of uncancelled stamps from only 3 packages received the same week. All the train stamps were carefully overlapped with minimal glue,so no damage. Love getting free stamps.

I'm in line with others here. I think 62 is likely and 63 is possible, depending on how good of a day the grader is having. :)

Solid MS63 if PCGS or NGC grades it.

Really nice luster but marks keep it to MS-61.
Nevertheless, a good retail deal, if you are also into stamps.
