Is it raised at all? Can't tell from the image. It might be a DDR. Did you check the Wexler files? It might be 2007-P 25¢ WY WDDR-044 http://doubleddie.com/190953.html He lists 78 different DDR's that year for Philly mint on that design. Report this Post to the Staff
