Sorry but can't tell anything from those pictures.
Please post a large clear picture of both sides so we can help you.
Also insert the date and denomination of the nickel in your heading.

Looks like a cup holder coin with stains from coffee and soda on the coin. Not a premium for the coin. Just a spender. Put it back to work.

. Cannot be missing a clad layer because it is a nickel not a clad coin. Looks like environmental staining, not an error.
