Quote: Didn't you show us this coin yesterday ? Anyway MS-64RB . I guess they all look the same. Lincoln on the front ,wheat stalks on the scratches here and there. Only difference is the date on the front. I have shown you a 1912, a 1919-s, a 1930-s, a 1909 VDB, 1918 and a 1913, I think. this is a culmination of around 20 years of collecting. The underlying tone is that you are aggravated I did this? For the life of me, I can't see why. I just keep thinking that these coins would go to waste when I pass. Now they are worth a little bit. Maybe you think I am wasting money. I always appreciate that you are honest with me.

Not enough light to see surface details clearly. I'll say 62RB, just a stab. Not a fan. Why you are spending all this money to re-submit common date coins in middle grades is beyond me.

Probably because I will never own a rare date and a slabbed collection has to start somewhere. I can't get a slabbed collection without slabs? Probably under 10,000 graded this high or higher across all TPG'S. That's rare enough for me. Now that's only a wild guess on 10,000. If you had to guess, how many do you think are out there?

Your approach to learning how to grade Lincoln cents seems most undisciplined. You started a month or two ago by asking for grading opinions on tons of modern everyday red coins before submitting, and now you've graduated to buying and re-submitting early mid-grade average coins without even asking for our opinions in advance. You say you're just trying to educate yourself - so far, we haven't seen much evidence of this, and you're spending a lot of money to no apparent end. Sincere thoughts from a lifelong collector, with apologies to sensitive ears.

Sincere thoughts from a lifelong collector, with apologies to sensitive ears. I guess you missed the part where I said numerous times that these coins were purchased over a twenty year period and were already slabbed coins, jut not slabbed in PCGS holders. It's seems that I have to somehow get through to you that I am trying to collect a GRADED ms-66 or better set meaning every Lincoln from 2022 and back as far as I can go on my own. This means ALL dates 90's 80's 70's 60's , etc you get the picture. I submitted coins in November Before I truly stared posting pictures from coin microscope. 24 coins and my results were pretty good at least to me. I was able to get 20 out of 24 graded ms-66 with 6 being ms-67 to get 6 at ms-67 . I must have learned something. Every modern coin I have posted is in a coin snap until I decide to send them off (which I will do by the way). I get excited when I find a coin I think is good and it seems lately to make some of you mad or something. The most valuable lesson I have learned from you guys is that it's next to impossible to grade a coin from pictures. Since internet it's almost I'm possible to find an old coin still in gem condition. I am going to post results of the 1914 then you will not see another picture from me. I will tell you and TBop it's not brain surgery either the coin has marks or not a good strike and luster or it doesn't. it's not a big secret (all of this is sent with gentle effect) I asked you guys to keep me grounded but I am not a child and I can spend my money my way. It's a penny 99.999 percent of the population could care less. Useless to collect old worn out Indian heads and Mercury dimes etc in my opinion ( I am at peace with this but done.)
