I got this recently in a lot of coins. It looks like a solid red to me, especially for a tougher issue. Thanks for looking!

Some portions of the photos are a touch too soft for a definitive assessment. Does look like a strong example, perhaps MS63-65. Is that a die crack in the vicinity of E in E PLURIBUS?

Thinks ijn, I'll possibly have time today to get another picture of this coin. I don't post a lot on here in part because It's hard for me to take a great coin picture with my current setup. Unfortunately that is a minor lamination issue by the E of EPU.

I'll say MS-65, unsure if RB or RD.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm away from home now for the weekend. In hand it has a burnt orange hue and incredible luster.
Like I said I bought it in a lot of coins. The others were common dates and I was hoping to get it real cheap. I paid a little more than I wanted but am happy with the outcome!

On further review of the reverse, I'll drop to 64RD.

this is really a nice coin. I already responded on grade at 65RD but imo its a candidate for a bean. very nicely struck on both sides.

too bad there isn't a little D under that date
