Searching Google the closest thing I could find was it being possibly a large royal doubloon, but I couldn't find an exact copy or example of my coin.

@Jakes Coins- I do believe that is the same coin. The only noticeable difference is mine seems to have some kind of Counterstamp on the lower right quadrant side of the cross. I have no idea the significance in that or not. Thanks for the info!

Not personally my expertise but I was able to find ones with the same volcano counterstamp when using the search term "royal" as many people seem to call them "royal coinage".
