Longtime lurker, first time poster. This penny has perplexed me, looks like a DDO around the 9 and 2 of the year:

That is Machine Doubling, also you have split plating on the mint mark
as well as some Die Deterioration starting.
None of these add value to the coin.

On the Date, note these two things:
On the first '9', the affected area is on the fields. That is where DDD is seen. But note on the "92", the fields are not affected, but the digits are both affected the same. That is Machine Doubling over the DDD. Most of the times you won't see that happen. On your coin post strike the MD did happen on the same areas. Always remember, on the outside/inside edge of devices is where you will find Machine Doubling and DDD. On the centers of the devices is where you will find the spread of a doubled die:

Note on the Wexler images, you can see the devices wider on the centers of the coins. That is where the doubled dies will be.
