Besides being off center, this Lincoln Cent seems to have
Floating Die Clashes on Obverse and reverse. Can anyone
determine what the lettering says, (if that's what it is) on the blank parts of the planchet?

Nice off centre strike but I think what you are calling" floating die clashes
are just linear plating bubbles. There is some split plating on the Reverse.

Correct, linear plating bubbles. I wonder though are they partially caused by the pressure of the strike by the dies? I notice that the unstruck planchet looks smooth but where it was struck, the field looks bumpy and infected with the plating bubbles.

Me I look at the blanc part. Except nice off-center.

I think a close pic of the both sides of the blanc circle arc ends on the reverse could tell more. Sure I see the Zinc and full rim. Photos please.
