But for me the million dollar question is it worth anything I love finding them and collecting them but I love selling them even more. I guess the reason why I like this one so much is because usually the ink errors is just one big old ugly blotch and I think this one actually makes Lincoln look pretty cool

Part of a teller's stamp, perhaps?

The mark is likely part of a bank teller's stamp when there was a band around the stack of bills (very common). Or, just about anything else could have marked up the front of the bill. It didn't come off the press like that and is unrelated to the arc around the 5 on the back.

Definitely a post BEP marking, and not an error note.

So I took it and held it up to a light and then I of course grabbed another five and I'm telling you it's a perfectly I mean perfectly lines up I wish when you guys could so like personally look at it I'm telling you that was the first thing I thought but I'm really set to believe it's in that corner and it's because it has a very funny Arch to it if it was like an exact circle I bet yeah possibly but it has that real funny arch in that Arch is like a dead on match

But just for tickles guys if it was what I think it is let's say I get it sent off and they verify it should be pretty valuable don't you think like never can't find nothing just like it and I really really like it myself like it's cool as hail especially if it's what I think it is what job price that at

If you sent it of to be certified, it would come back as damaged. Please explain that how in the printing process, a black line from the green plate would be printed on Abe's face? If you want to still send it off, by all means go ahead, it is your money.

There's no way I could explain that let's be honest with you I don't see how most of these errors even happen I would take you guys's advice any other time and agree with you whatever you guys said because I'm so new but I'm telling you just matches up way too perfectly

You might want to do a search online and watch how paper money is printed. You will see the impossibility of your assumption of this being an error made by the BEP.
Another thing to consider is if there actually is a market for someone who would even be interested in this were the mechanically impossible to happen and this was a real error.
Rarity does not make something valuable.
Being short - I have a one a kind color bottle 1890s. But b/c the typical bottles of this type are as common as dirt and aqua, no bottle collector cares to collect this type of bottle. So what a person new to bottles would expect to be worth a lot of money is maybe worth 15.00-20.00 more than a normal one. No free vacation!
BTW - one more thing...the experts here are every bit what the grading company experts are. Ron Guth, former president of PCGS has said that anyone can learn to grade, it just takes experience with coins. He also said the best graders only get it "right" 85% of the time.
Personally I would much more trust some of the experts here, and their opinions, than people I am not familiar with at the grading companies.

Having printing experience helps in determining this is like what other said, not a error note.

ESO after talking with you guys I kind of lined it up a little better when bought a better magnifier and basically I looked around for some round pill bottles that would you know fit from one Mark to the other exactly found something when I come to realize is the marking on there isn't round it's oblong I take a another bill and what did fit in there exactly was the black portrait part off of the backdrop of the president now that I can see way closer it was the same exact ink also but the only way I'm going to know is to send it in thanks guys
